Merry Christmas

star of bethlehemI wish you all the merriest of Christmases tomorrow and may your day be filled with family (and/or friends). May you realize just how blessed and loved you are. May you realize that it is in the *little* things we find happiness and are the most important: the laughter of a child, the smile of a wife (or husband), the touch of hands and arms in an embrace, the smell of good food in the kitchen, the glow of lights from a tree, the sound of carols, the memories of past Christmases with loved ones gone, the reading of the story of the first Christmas. May God bless you and hold you tight in his arms. And may the joy of Christmas fill you with warmth and hope.
